Items that are listed not in stock cannot be ordered on completes. The drop down menus on the completes do not show live inventory. Please check the actual item in the store to make sure it is in stock before choosing it as a choice on a complete. If you choose it anyway, we will order the item and have it shipped to you as soon as possible, but extra time is required (usually three to five weeks). If you are unsure about an item, please contact sales@stokedskateboards.com.
Lower Prices:
We have received several calls and emails asking how we can sell our boards and components for so much cheaper than some other skate shops. The answer is this: We simply do not believe in charging skaters a ton of money for skate products. We understand what it is like to ride a new board and/or new components. We want you to be able to experience that feeling, without having to pay a lot of money. Stoked is committed to prices as low as possible. Please, if you have any questions, ask us. We are more than happy to help you.
Shipping Information
We know how stoked you get when you order a new board. We will ship out as quickly as we can so you can quit the waiting, and start the skating. We have FedEx send you a tracking number with each order. If you want to know specifically when your board will arrive, please email us at info@stokedskateboards.com.
We take absolutely no responsibility for lost or stolen products once the item has left the origin of our shipments as stated as the FOB shipping point. If you would like your package to require a direct, indirect, or adult signature upon delivery, please state this in the comments section when placing your order and we will take care of it for you. We appreciate your understanding.
Additional $22 flat shipping charge applies to all orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, along with a $1 fee for each item. USPS shipping is available at cheaper prices for these locations as well.
We offer free FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Ground (our decision) shipping on all orders over $99 in the continental US.
Smaller packages or international packages may be shipped a different method than selected during checkout. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible to pass on the best price possible to our customers.
International Orders:
ATTENTION: Stoked Skateboards is not responsible for any customs or tax fees you may, and probably will, receive when your items are delivered to your location. These are entirely the buyer's responsibility and we do not include them with our price and will not ever pay for them. Please understand your possible customs and tax fees before purchasing. Online ordering for Canada is available! We accept Paypal only. If order is not received through Paypal, we will cancel the order and contact you for the Paypal payment. Shipping is $2.23 per pound on orders over $99 (completes are about 10 pounds with a 38"-42" longboard, weight varies with length). Simply select "USPS Priority Mail INTERNATIONAL" and the $2.23 per pound will automatically be applied to your purchase. Orders under $99 are subject to normal Canada shipment costs ("USPS Priority Mail INTERNATIONAL (order under $99)"). Please contact us if you have any trouble placing an international order or would like additional information.
Other International Shipments
We are in the process of getting all international orders set up on the site. If you are unable to place your international order, please email international@stokedskateboards.com to resolve the issue.
Select "USPS Priority Mail INTERNATIONAL" for all orders outside of the United States over $99. For under $99, please select "USPS Priority Mail INTERNATIONAL (orders under $99)." A shipping charge for your country will automatically be added. If it is not added, you must first contact us at international@stokedskateboards.com to resolve the issue. If you proceed with your international order anyway with no shipping cost, you will be contacted for shipping payment before your order is processed and shipped. This will delay your order.

*Stoked will meet or beat prices of all other major skate shops. Both our price and their price must include shipping. To get the better price, email us at sales@stokedskateboards.com with a link to the page with the item you found and we will match it or beat it depending on the price and the item. Unfortunately, the additional cost of California sales tax does not apply to this offer. If it is an item in a "brick and mortar" skate shop that is in question, email us and we will work it out. We want you stoked.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
We will take any product back as long as it is unopened and unused for a full refund. Unfortunately, unless there is a defect with the product, return shipping charges are at the expense of the buyer. All orders can be canceled as long as the order has not been shipped out.
